In toddler room we have been exploring different feelings and emotions. We played a game of snap matching together the different faces to create a pair. We explored the emotions, sad, happy, shocked and upset. The children enjoyed showing us their happy and sad faces! We then spoke about what made us happy, and our most popular answer was ‘Mummy and Daddy’. This activity also encouraged the children to share resources and wait their turn, praising each other when they correctly paired faces.
