During September Pre-school have welcomed lots of new children, so we decided to focus on making relationships, the importance of friendship, working together and helping each other.
Various activities based around team work have encouraged the children to talk to each other, whilst working together to complete puzzles, build towers, care for and look after our dolls and teddies and lots more! We have supported and praised the pre-schooler’s when kind to one another and playing as groups to look after all of our friends.
At circle time the children began to learn some basic Spanish words and numbers in order to help settle one of our new friends. The children enjoyed doing this and some of the children can now understand our hello song in Spanish!
