We had lots of fun getting messy and sticky whilst making ‘Chocolate Conkers’. Firstly we had to bash some bourbon biscuits with a rolling pin, then mix in together with some cream cheese until it was all ‘combined’ (this was our word of the day), then the messy part came. We had to roll a little bit into a ball before we put it in the fridge to go cold.

We had to roll a little bit into a ball before we put it in the fridge to go cold. Once they were a little harder we dipped and rolled them in melted chocolate before we put a white chocolate button on top and then back in the fridge.
They looked just like conkers and tasted delicious!
