Preschool have been bending, stretching and balancing their way through a fun ‘We’re going on a bear hunt’ yoga session this afternoon. The children all listened, watched and followed along with the moves and were highly engaged throughout. We had so much fun but also felt really good afterwards too.

Moving & Handling; 30-50 months; Can stand momentarily on one foot when shown / •Moves freely and with pleasure and confidence in a range of ways, such as slithering, shuffling, rolling, crawling, walking, running, jumping, skipping, sliding and hopping.
