We have had great fun discovering lots of different textures through play!
The children absolutely loved finding different materials in the room and emptying them out into different sized bowls to explore. They came up with a fabulous idea to mix different textures together to make new ones, and discussed ways between themselves to use it- squeeze it, roll it, shake and tip the bowl, dip their fingers in, blow the glitter and use the feathers to tickle each other!
