Pine Cone Painting!

The Babies have been using their senses and exploring different natural objects.

We gathered together the resources and encouraged the children to look at, touch and smell the objects. The Babies were particularly interested in the feel of the pine cones, all rough and spikey and enjoyed getting messy in the paint, rolling the pine cones over the paper to reveal different marks and prints. They also loved the feel of the paint in their hands and using their finger tips to make tiny marks.
