The babies have really enjoyed planting their home-grown seedlings out into the garden in their special planting patch. They had a go at using the spades to dig up the soil, uncovering leaves, pebbles and even some wriggly worms! The babies were very proud of their new found treasures!

Listening & attention: Has a strong exploratory impulse.
Understanding: Understanding of single words in context is developing, e.g. ‘cup’, ‘milk’, ‘daddy’.
Speaking: Uses pointing with eye gaze to make requests, and to share an interest.
Moving & handling: Picks up small objects between thumb and fingers.
