
Preschool 2 have enjoyed exploring Chinese New Year this week, through a wide range of engaging activities covering many aspects of the areas of learning:
– Learning all about the origins of the 12 animals on the Chinese calendar
– Making and decorating our own Chinese dragon
– Listening to Chinese music
– Dragon dancing
– Chinese mark making in glitter
– Making lucky red playdough
– Copying Chinese numerals
– Taste testing Chinese crackers and noodles
– Getting to grips with chopsticks!
