Toddlers on a bug hunt!

We have been using all our senses to explore the bug tray, moving the sand around with our hands as well as lifting the paper up to find all of the different bugs! Then we went outside into the garden with the magnifying glasses to see if we could find some real creepy crawlies. Taking turns, we lifted different sticks and logs up to see what was underneath them! The Toddlers had great fun investigating the bugs they found and learnt their names too, such as, “spider”, “ant” & “slug”.
