The pre-toddlers have been enjoying the recent mixed weather in the garden because when there’s water, there’s mud!
Firstly the children showed their independence by attempting to get dressed into their puddle suits and wellies by themselves, with the staff on hand to support when needed.
The children went outside and enjoyed combining water play with soil in the mud kitchen, filling and emptying the containers, stirring and mixing mud and making patterns in it with tools and their wellies!
