The toddlers have been very inquisitive, exploring all different types of creative materials and methods. This has encouraged the children to express themselves and also to look at and feel different textures, colours and marks whilst discovering how various tools and equipment can be used. “It’s a dinosaur!”, exclaimed one of the children while playing with the clay and there was lots of laughter and looking at each other to see how the other was reacting during the painting activity, all building confidence and self-awareness.
