To welcome the children back on their first day at nursery, we have taken part in lots of exciting activities! Our favourite has been creating our own pictures using a range of materials, glue and practising our scissor control.
We decided to take this activity in to the garden where we could create natural pictures. The children went on a hunt to find different natural materials they would like on their pictures and found lots of different things such as feathers, leaves, flowers, sand and bark.
The children sat and concentrated very well, talking to their friends about what they were putting on their pictures and who they were for.
