Toddlers and Preschool have been exploring the garden in their year group bubbles

In Preschool we have been exploring the natural environment, including seasonal changes! We have been on a bug hunt in the garden as we discovered that bugs like dark damp places to live. We found some bugs hiding in the garden, and were careful to put them back when we had taken a really good look at them.

The Toddlers have noticed all the leaves that have fallen from the trees and have enjoyed looking at the different shapes, sizes and colours. Additionally, we have been using our imagination to create things using natural resources. The children especially enjoyed making magic wands using sticks and leaves. The children carefully selected their stick and leaves and stuck them on and played alongside their friends making spells and magic wishes.
