Raksha Bandhan (Rakhi) is a Hindu festival that celebrates the relationship between brothers and sisters. This day is also called Brother and Sister Day.
Some of our Wolverhampton Preschool children came in with special bracelets that their brothers and sisters had given them to celebrate Raksha Bandhan.
We all wanted to make one so we thought we would collect natural resources such as leaves, twigs and grass to decorate them. We took them home to give them to someone special to us.
