Pre-school have been getting creative using food colouring & bread to make edible pictures!

Mixing milk and food colouring together in a pot, we used brushes to paint our pictures on the bread. The children loved choosing their favourite bright colours and mixing different food colourings to create new ones too.

Using their imaginations and creativity they drew all sorts of different lines, shapes and pictures onto the bread and once they were finished we let them dry. Pre-school couldn’t wait to toasted them and see what their pictures looked like and take them home to show their moms & dads and to eat! Yum Yum!
