Cuteness overload!! We were so lucky to meet some real rabbits and chicks at nursery. We observed them, asked lots of questions about caring for them and used our kindest hands to stroke them.
We looked at their feathers, fur and feet. We watched them hop around in their rabbit run. We used our kindest hands to stroke their soft fur. We described how they looked at felt. We thought about what they might like to eat and where they live. “Aw! they’re so cute”, we said. We really loved meeting them and we hope they come back to visit us again soon.
A big thank you to Phoebe from Toddler room for bringing her furry and feathered friends to nursery! It was a wonderful experience for the children to enjoy ahead of Easter.
