Getting active and using a break from the rain to get outdoors, Worcester Pre-school have really enjoyed keeping fit by participating in a range of different exercises including, star jumps, stretches, running on the spot and more!

Coming together in a big circle the children followed the moves, touching their heads and bending right down to touch their knees and toes. They also wanted to try out their own moves and stretches, and began talking about yoga and different yoga positions. So testing our balancing skills, we practised various yoga positions and loved stretching out our arms and trying our best to stand steady on one leg, what superstars!

Before we began our exercises we discussed and thought about how our bodies felt and how fast our hearts were beating. Then after exercising we discussed how our bodies felt different, our heart beats were faster, we were warmer, we were thirstier and we all needed a rest. Well done Pre-school!
